Possible Texas Record Typical Whitetail!

Texas has had some monster bucks come out of it, but whitetail deer hunters might flip out when they see these giant antlers from the Lone Star state!

Wade Hendricks of Alice, Texas, reportedly killed this buck Nov. 12 while hunting in Frio County. According to the Lukfin Daily News, it was scored as a 10-point typical with a few kicker points.

Hendricks watched as his giant buck scored 216 2/8 gross and would net 201 7/8 as a typical! Holy smokes!

Los Cazadores, the longtime and established big buck contest association, has a copy of Hendricks’ score sheet and a photo of the current state record.

What an awesome buck!
