Sometimes we love what we see when we’re outdoors, and sometimes we don’t enjoy Mother Nature playing out her role with wildlife.
Devin Solomon photographed this buck being chased by two pointers with tracking collars. We’re not sure about the dogs and whether they were bird hunting and hit the scent of the deer.
But, dogs often chase deer. Deer run from dogs. They have for years and it won’t stop. Definitely not something that all hunters enjoy seeing, though, especially those who believe dogs and deer don’t mix despite our nation’s history of hunting with hounds.
